"How cool is that! So I went to your room and I read your diary."

I have to go do my last assignment paper thing for Student Development by midnight, which is in two hours. So. This is my awesome friend Josh at the Comedy Barn in either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I don't know which one. Ok, google says Pigeon Forge. From when our class was on senior trip in May. We were the only people from up north in the entire audience. He's the one with the red shirt. When the guy was looking for volunteers, we all yelled and pointed at him. He didn't know that he'd screwed up until he came back to sit down and we told him; he was confused as to why everybody was laughing so hard and was like, "I didn't think I was that funny. Also, he hop/jumps around funny because he'd never learned how to skip. We gave him lessons that night. Haha. When we rewatched it back at the cabin that night, someone noticed what he'd done at 8:44, and we died laughing.

Eh?

I just texted Josh: Is the bonfire still happening And he replied: Soothing like tibet lol lolwut?

Coincidence? I think not.

"Eleven plus two" anagrams to "twelve plus one." To be or not to be: that is the question, whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. = In one of the Bard's best-thought-of tragedies, our insistent hero, Hamlet, queries on two fronts about how life turns rotten. The comedian Steve Carell in "Get Smart" = That menial secret agent solved crime. John Green's favorite: Britney Spears = Presbyterians. Ones I just figured out: *Stephen Tyrone Colbert = Reports be contently "Eh"; Yon Report thence blest; He bottles corny repent; Boy entrenches plotter; He protects noble entry. *Steve Carell = Clever tales. *Jonathan Stewart = A Jew that rants on. Haha. My favorite. Also, my name anagrams to "all inner bravery" which sounds profound but actually doesn't make sense.

Celebrate good times. Come on!

Went to Stephanie's graduation party today. Ate food and talked to Heather and TJ and Mandy and Stephanie and other people. They had something like a fondue fountain, only it was for the punch. It was awesome. My dad and sister are camping somewhere with my cousins and aunt. Or maybe two of my aunts. I don't know. So it is just me and my mom and it is quiet and I love it. When we got home, I spread new tire mulch all upons our swing-set/playground/whatever area in the backyard. And then I came inside and on the ol' tubes and downloaded about 50 Dial-A-Song tracks from a stupid website that only let me listen to them, so I had to go into IE settings and look at all the temp files and sort through them to find the mp3s. But still. Yay. I have the best desktop background EVAR. I am so totally in love with it.

It's four in the morning. I should be in bed.

So, apparently Mo Rocca is doing all this stuff for Bank of America, which is strange and wonderful. The videos aren't really funny. And actually, Mo's not that funny in general. I read his book, All the Presidents' Pets, and it wasn't funny. It was one of the lamest books I've read; what was supposed to be satire (I guess) overall just fell flat, like the jokes were trying too hard to be funny. But there was one line that made me die laughing, something about hamsters eating each other. Most of his mannerisms are kinda off-putting to me, and I don't know why I even like him. But I do, and he is somehow AWESOME. Vintage Daily Show! Bo Rocca undercover! Love the mustache and toenail painting.

I stay up too late.

Muxtape is a pretty cool site for what it is. I like the simplicity and the randomness of discovery of awesome. And I made a mix. Or mux? I don't care. Songs! Just random favorite up-tempo fast beat ones. And I tried so hard to find 12 different artists, but I failed. So there are only 11 different bands. And two songs are by The Aquabats because they were both too awesome to leave out. Now I must go back to watching tv because Steve Carell should be on Kimmel soon. OR RIGHT NOW. *runs* ETA: major LOLZ @ James Lipton on Conan dancing around with those finger cymbals and slinky dress and shawl! That was amazing.

Hmmm.

CBS News Chief Foreign Correspondent Lara Logan feels responsible for Americans not understanding what's going on in Iraq and Afghanistan This is a great interview, I'm really glad Jon took the serious route instead of making this into just comedy or stupid triviality. What Lara said is something I've been thinking about lately, how we've become numb to news of the war, that we don't realize what's actually going on, the graveness of it, its importance, that because it's not immediate and we can't directly see its effects... we don't care. Only when things hit "close to home" do we actually band together, become interested, think it's a big deal. But stuff much worse than what America's ever seen is going on in other countries all the time... but we don't care, because it's not us. It's a sad thought. "But zomg!!!! Didn't you hear?! Fox News called Obama's wife his baby mama!!! Oh, what were Obama and Clinton talking about!? We shall stake out houses and do investigations and be so excited to tell you that we now know they were sitting in comfortable chairs and were served water!" Good gracious, our priorities are SCREWED UP.
